Senior Consultant- ACC Implementation

As an Implementation Consultant for Adobe Campaign, your primary responsibility will be to provide consultancy, customer assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients. You will create implementation plans, offer knowledge transfer and training to customers, and handle product installations, upgrades, and configuration activities. Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and managing smaller projects independently will also be part of your role. Building strong working relationships with the Onshore Consulting team, learning and adopting best practices globally, and collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team for professional delivery of technical implementations are essential aspects of your job. You will act as a point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants, provide multi-product enablement and integration solutions, and make recommendations for technical implementations of the Digital Marketing Suite. In addition, you will support team members by mentoring and teaching, ensure professional delivery of business consulting services to clients, and leverage your expertise in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL), programming languages (Javascript/Java/VB/C#/PHP), and web technologies like HTML and CSS. Strong communication skills, organization, self-motivation, and the ability to learn new technologies and languages quickly are crucial for this role. Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation, page load events, and project management skills would be advantageous.,
