Old k Studio is looking for a highly skilled Senior Compositor who can take on a lead role within our compositing team. This is an opportunity for someone who not only excels in compositing but also has a strong sense of leadership to guide and mentor a team of artists. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality compositing work, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with supervisors to achieve the best creative results.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, seamless composites for films, commercials, and digital content.

Lead and mentor a team of ior and mid-level compositors.

Provide artistic and technical direction to ensure consistency and quality in compositing work.

Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and CG team to maintain seamless integration of elements.

Adapt to different compositing software as per project requirements.

Troubleshoot complex compositing challenges and optimize workflows.

Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in compositing.

Prior experience in a lead or senior role within a VFX team is highly preferred.

Proficiency in any compositing software except Nuke.

Strong understanding of color grading, keying, rotoscoping, and tracking.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide a team effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and workflow optimization mindset.
