Job Description

As a Senior Commercial Valuations Coordinator at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the supporting collateral for asset-based loans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing daily reports and borrower collateral activity, following borrower monitoring procedures as per bank guidelines and credit agreement, and making recommendations to limit the bank's exposure on assigned collateral. It will be your duty to report any unusual activity and findings to the account officers and managers and support the performance of less experienced individuals in the Commercial Valuations team. In this position, you will also be expected to proactively provide feedback, present ideas for process improvement, and implement tools that have a positive impact within the Commercial Valuations functional area. Your expertise will be instrumental in interpreting procedures to less experienced individuals and interacting with both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will be involved in training and mentoring less experienced staff members to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of Commercial Valuations experience or an equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
