Senior Commercial Analyst

As a Senior Commercial Analyst at Equiniti, you will play a crucial role in liaising with global teams and acting as a Group Administrator of Sales & Commercial processes. Reporting to the Group Commercial Director in the UK and the Senior PMO Manager in India, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient completion of joint tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with global stakeholders via emails and calls to ensure seamless task completion - Supporting commercial governance by managing requests, evaluating completeness, and obtaining necessary authorizations - Collaborating with Relationship Managers to monitor and highlight status updates on Open Opportunities - Ensuring data quality, data assurance, and analytics/business intelligence needs are met for all business users - Identifying issues with current platform data capabilities and providing input to enhance the effectiveness of C2C service - Contributing to defining new business processes and requirements gathering when needed Moreover, you will be expected to possess the following skills and behavior: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related subject - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong MI & Reporting Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience in Sales & Commercial governance process is preferable - Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems is desirable - Willingness to work in flexible shift timings (UK Shift: 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST, India Shift: 8:00 AM IST to 5:00 PM IST) - Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Strong team player, highly motivated, and ambitious - Demonstrable track record of working in Sales, Commercial, and Project Management environments - Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Join Equiniti today and be a part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in the fintech industry.,
