As a Senior Clinical Development Fellow in Stroke Medicine, you will be responsible for managing acutely unwell adult patients under the supervision of the Stroke Consultant. This role is aimed at post foundation / post CMT level doctors who have completed a UK Foundation medical training programme (or equivalent) and are looking to enhance their skills in Stroke and Medicine for the Elderly. While this post is not for training purposes, it provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and future specialty medical training applications. Key Responsibilities: - Work under the guidance of the Stroke Consultant to develop skills in Stroke and Medicine for the Elderly. - Customize the development component of the post to align with your specific needs, experience level, and career interests. - Develop a paper-based portfolio mapped to an appropriate curriculum (CMT or higher training). - Gain experience in Medical Education, Management and Leadership, Clinical Skills, and Quality Improvement, approximately 1 day per week. Qualifications Required: - Completion of a UK Foundation medical training programme (or equivalent). - Sufficient experience in managing acutely unwell adult patients. - Interest in acute or general medicine, medicine for the elderly, or other career options in healthcare.,
