Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Client Support Executive for our Goregaon office. The role involves maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by providing exceptional support, managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, assisting with financial planning consultations, handling sales inquiries, and facilitating regular account updates. The position requires engagement with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client accounts
• Proven ability in Sales and Consulting to address client needs and achieve organizational targets
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial services and wealth management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
