Senior Client Partner - Procurement

As a Senior Client Partner - Procurement at Access Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd, your role involves managing inbound purchasing requests, placing orders for IT hardware/software, tracking shipping information, and coordinating delivery with the Privia Field Engineering teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, tracking licensing for software/services, and facilitating handoffs between IT Operations and Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Process inbound purchasing requests and manage queue in SalesForce - Acquire approval for quotes through DocuSign and file approvals in SalesForce - Place orders for IT hardware/software from Privia preferred vendors - Ensure best value is achieved in orders - Track shipping information and update related SalesForce cases - Handle ordering, shipping, and delivery exceptions - Facilitate delivery and installation of hardware/software with Privia Field Engineering teams - Track licensing for software, services, and IT products throughout the organization, including processing renewals - Coordinate handoff between IT Operations and Finance - Attend monthly IT/finance meetings - Communicate and interact with all levels of IT structure - Maintain vendor relationships Qualification Required: - Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) - Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am) - Ability to work independently or as a team worker - Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability - 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences If you meet the above qualification criteria and are looking for a challenging role in procurement, please share your updated resume with Access Healthcare at careers@accesshealthcare.com.
