Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare & check the cost estimation of the project for civil-structural items. To prepare & check drawing and documents schedule & get it approved from the manager. To study and understand the job contents (Equipment Layout, Plot Plan, Vendor Drawings, GA/Arch. Details etc). To prepare & check design basis. To check vendor drawing from civil- structural input point of view. To check proposal and enquiry. To prepare & check BOQ, MTO. To prepare & check design calculations for civil-structural work. To prepare & check technical specifications / standards for civil-structural items To check GA / Fabrication drawing of civil-structural work and obtaining IDC To check 3D models of civil-structural work. To track all civil-structural deliverables approval dates. To follow system procedure, documentation in civil department related to allotted project To prepare & check techno-commercial bid evaluation and order spec. preparation and checking for PEB structures/Civil-Structural work/Piling To participate in technical discussion along with vendors related to technical queries about equipment load data. To communicate with client as per project requirement To participate in technical discussion along with vendors related to technical queries about equipment load data. to participate in drawing reviews and progress reviews with client/internal disciplines for a particular project Conduct the IDC procedure of civil documents, Follow up with the relevant departments. Raise the DCNs & take the approval from projects. to participate in internal / external audit to take part in internal/external seminars for management and technical development to provide information throughout various proposals, engineering and construction phase to respective teams with regards to all aspects of civil-structural engineering. Create civil engineering standards and design calculation templates/software.
