Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook / Senior Chef with expertise in Continental and Chinese cuisine to join our team at a reputed restaurant in Kurali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Continental and Chinese dishes with consistency
• Ensure food presentation and plating meet the required standards
• Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies
• Maintain hygiene and kitchen safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Innovate and introduce new dishes periodically
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if required

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Continental & Chinese cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentExcellent time management and food prep skillsHigh standards of hygiene and cleanlinessPositive attitude and team player
