Senior C&B Specialist

You are an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will be a valuable addition to our HR team. Your main responsibility will be to create and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that will help in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing global compensation programs which consist of salary structures, bonuses, equity plans, and incentives. You will conduct market research to determine competitive salary ranges and benefits packages at a global level. It will be your duty to design, implement, and manage benefits programs which include health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations will also be a crucial part of your role. Furthermore, analyzing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement and effectively communicating compensation and benefits programs to both employees and management will be essential tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in global compensation and benefits, hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and possess relevant certifications like CCP or CEBS. A data-driven approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.,
