Senior CAE Analyst - NVH + Seating

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating complete Seat CAE Models at the system level. This includes building models for plastic parts, structural parts, and seat foams. Additionally, you will be tasked with building NVH seat models using Crash and safety seat models, integrating Front and Rear seats, and debugging NVH models using Welds, Bolt, Adhesives, etc. Your role will also involve conducting modal and vibration analyses for Seats systems and post-processing analysis results using Hyperworks tools. Furthermore, you will work on CAE-TEST correlation projects, develop CAE modelling procedures using physical test-CAE correlations, and provide feasible design solutions to meet requirement targets. Finally, you will be responsible for creating detailed reports on CAE results, analysis, and recommendations.
