You will be responsible for the development or modification of system components" designs/proposals to provide installation and detailed documentation. Your role will involve experience in aerospace material selection, drawings specifications (finishing and heat treatment), as well as performing analyses like tolerance stack-up, DMFA, etc. You should have expertise in designing and developing airframe mechanical and structural parts using CAD tools such as CATIA and Solid Works modeling and drafting. Your experience in design and development as part of the New Product development process will be crucial for this role. It is essential to have a working knowledge of FAA, STANAG, IMTAR, and Mil-Spec requirements. You will need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and be willing to work flexible hours. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with production manufacturing and testing facilities, including on-site deployments to support test activities as required. Position: Senior Designer ( Advance Steel ) Experience: 3 - 8 years Role: 6 Month of Extendable contract DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 3D modelling of equipment, piping using CADWorx / AutoCAD Plant 3D / Advance Steel Reviewing the P&ID and coordinating with package engineer to finalizes Preparing the Line list and equipment list Preparation of Piping BOM and Review Preparation of General Arrangement drawings for Package & Equipment Preparation of Tank Fabrication drawings Preparation of Structural GA & Fabrication drawings including connection details, etc. Preparation of Lifting arrangement drawings Preparation of Foundation load drawings Isometric Drawing extraction using CADWorx / AutoCAD plant 3D Preparation of Layout drawings Preparation of Cutting Layout drawing Preparation of BOMs / MTOs for Piping, Equipment, Structure, Valves etc. Familiarity with Preparation of GA and Detail drawings for Well head control panels, Modular packages, etc. will be an advantage As built Mark-ups and updating CAD drawings for final issue Attending shop floor issues during fabrication Preparation of Piping GAs, Isometrics, MTO, etc. Experience in vendor drawing review/commenting will be preferred Experience in engineering drawings checking/commenting will be an advantage. Prepare technical proposals, reports, and presentations & support teams on technical issues. 9. Design Detailing, BOM compilation and Engineering Drawing release through Engineering Change Management process. 10.
