Job Description

Senior C++ Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver product features using
C++
with high quality and performance
Handle
feature realization, enhancements, and customer issue resolution
Perform
analysis, high-level and low-level design, coding, and developer-level testing
Own
end-to-end development
of assigned features and components
Ensure
product quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project goals
Lead technically and mentor team members
Perform
unit testing and module testing
Debug and resolve complex issues using advanced tools
Participate in
code reviews, design discussions, and architecture improvements
Contribute to
R&D efficiency improvements and innovation
Work independently and proactively suggest technical improvements

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C++ (Product Development)
Experience with
Unit Testing and Module Testing
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Hands-on experience with
Linux platform
Experience using debugging and analysis tools such as:

gcov
Coverity
Valgrind / memory profiling tools

Familiarity with
AI-assisted development and testing tools
such as:

Windsurf
Cursor
GitHub Copilot

Desired Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of
Core Network elements
such as:

HLR, HSS, MSS, SGSN, MME, etc.

Experience with telecom
protocols
:

SS7
DIAMETER

Exposure to
3G / 4G / 5G Wireless Packet Core
Experience with
Agile development methodologies
Exposure to
Cloud Native technologies and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of
software design and development lifecycle
