Happiest Minds Technologies Pvt.Ltd is looking for Test Module Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Test Planning: Develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines the scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and deliverables of the testing phase. The plan should be based on project requirements and objectives. Test Strategy: Define the overall test strategy, including the selection of testing types (e.g., functional, performance, security) and methodologies (e.g., manual, automated) based on the project's needs. Test Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively. Test Case Design: Oversee the creation of test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and design specifications. Ensure that test cases cover all aspects of the software, including positive and negative scenarios. Test Execution: Supervise the execution of test cases, either manually or through automated testing tools. Monitor progress and ensure that testing stays on schedule. Defect Management: Establish a process for reporting, tracking, and prioritizing defects. Ensure that defects are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Test Environment Management: Ensure that the test environment, including hardware, software, and data, is properly set up and configured for testing. Regression Testing: Implement regression testing strategies to verify that changes or updates to the software do not introduce new defects or break existing functionality. Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in test automation on TOSCA b. Good understanding of QA and Test Automation best practices

Perform Mobile Application Testing(Manual, Automation) for Android, iOS platforms Perform functional and non-functional testing focused on IOT devices, software, hardware, firmware and with MS Azure Cloud Test creation and execution of Smoke Tests, Sanity Tests, Regression Tests for IoT products Use Test Management and Defect Management Tool- JIRA for Tests and defect creation Automated test scripts for Android and iOS using Appium with Python/Java Work with DevOps team to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing(CI/CT) of Functional Tests and API Tests Have awareness of current and future state of software testing best practices Work in org initiatives like IOT lab, Experience center Maintain and expand existing IOT infrastructure Must Have: Mobile application testing (Manual,Automation) Funtional and Non finctional testing Automation testing(App-Appium,API) Experience with scripting languages: Python, JAVA

- Manage daily QA team activities, providing guidance and support - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality standards and testing processes - Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for different testing activities - Implement and maintain QA processes for various engineering efforts - Work with product and development teams to create a comprehensive testing strategy - Establish quality standards across different testing phases - Oversee end-to-end QA automation and manual testing processes - Define KPIs to support automation in the product development lifecycle - Coordinate platform releases by managing test execution and defect documentation - Troubleshoot quality issues and adapt testing procedures as needed

Design and define test strategies, frameworks, and architectures for large-scale systems to ensure high quality software delivery. Develop and implement robust, scalable automation solutions using Playwright, TestNG. Establish best practices for continuous testing, integrating with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Github Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize testing processes, reduce time to market, and improve overall efficiency. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and test effectiveness. Ensure testing frameworks support both functional and non- functional testing (e.g., performance, security, and usability).

Skills : NMS/EMS, Poficiency in Java/J2EE, Knowledge in NMS protocols (NBAPI, CORBA, SNMP etc). Experienced in ServiceMix, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Springboot, Microservices, Database (SQL).
