Establish The Collective as a preferred destination for women's fashion needs while building profitability to the business, improve in-take margins, efficiency and effective range planning.
1. Develop brand/category portfolio for women's wear
2. Drive merchandise strategy using optimum range planning
3. Actively engage with brand partners for improved commercial terms/product feedback/stock fulfilment
4. Improve efficiency with better active merchandise management lead activities
5. Build brand's image in the market while collaborating with marketing team using right GTM strategy and compliance to VM standards
