Senior Business System Analyst - Scrum Master

Job Summary As a technology specialist at a Fortune Global 500 organization like UPS, you will play a crucial role in connecting technology to business needs. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze how new solutions, carrier business rules, and industry changes impact customers. Working with minimal supervision, you will document requirements, collaborate with different teams, and certify products with carrier partners. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its goals and deliver value to both internal teams and customers. Responsibilities - Independently handle projects of varying complexity, serving as a key liaison between Business Development, Development, and Quality Assurance teams. - Act as the main technical point of contact for carrier partners and certification teams. - Contribute to identifying solutions, gathering business requirements, and ensuring they align with business needs in a fast-paced development environment. Qualifications - Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation analysis. - Practical experience with software development tools and scripting tasks. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other documentation tools. - Preferred qualification: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field. - Preferred: Knowledge of carrier business rules and industry standards. Primary Skills Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to collaborate effectively, leverage technical expertise, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
