Senior Business Sales Managers - Insurance

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your role will involve selling insurance products through assigned Bank Branches. You will be responsible for coordinating between the Bank and the company, starting from lead generation to policy conversion. Your duties will include following up with the Operations team of Banks, building mutually beneficial relationships with Banks to aid in client acquisition, and gathering and analyzing customer requirements to pitch the best products. Key Responsibilities: - Sell insurance products through assigned Bank Branches - Coordinate between Bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion - Follow up with Operations of Banks - Build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank for client acquisition - Gather and analyze customer requirements for effective product pitching - Handle objections and grievances by providing timely solutions - Guide and mentor new team members on required deliverables and company values Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in Banking/Insurance Sales preferred In this role, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring new team members on their required deliverables and company values.
