Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for 2 energetic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on client acquisition and growth in performance marketing, branding, and social media services , targeting both Gujarat and pan-India markets . This is a purely target-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Generate new leads and business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales strategies ● Identify and approach potential clients across Gujarat and India ● Pitch performance marketing, branding, and social media solutions tailored to client needs ● Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth ● Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction ● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity Requirements: ● MBA freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development (preferably in a digital/advertising agency) ● Having experience in an ad agency will be considered a plus point ● Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound sales processes ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Confident, persuasive, and client-focused approach ● Strong understanding of marketing services, digital trends, and branding ● Self-starter with a proactive, target-driven mindset ● Must be open to working from our Ahmedabad office (on-site role) What You Get: ● Opportunity to work with leading brands and dynamic campaigns ● A collaborative and high-energy work environment ● Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-growing agency ● Hands-on exposure to 360° marketing and advertising solutions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,567.65 - ₹43,767.40 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Language: Hindi, English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
