Job Description

Position - Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location - Mumbai

Experience Required - 2 to 3+ years
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, networking events, and industry referrals.
Handle the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and consultative meetings to contract closure.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, high satisfaction, and account expansion.
Work closely with the internal team
Maintain an updated CRM database tracking leads, meetings, proposals, and conversion metrics.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:
