Senior Business Development Executive

### Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented *Senior Business Development Associate (BDA)* to drive business growth in the domestic market.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and online research.

* Identify potential customers and key decision-makers.

* Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.

* Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.

* Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

* Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate customer data, CRM records, and sales pipeline.

* Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

* Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

### Required Skills

* 2–5 years of experience in *B2B Sales / Domestic Sales / Business Development*.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong cold calling, lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

* Good customer relationship management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

* Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

* Experience in *manufacturing/industrial products* will be an advantage.
