Role Description

As a Senior Business Development Executive at Industry Ready Academy, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients, educational institutions, and training partners. This full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar involves prospecting and lead generation, nurturing relationships, delivering presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to final agreement. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth onboarding and account management for key clients. Daily responsibilities include market research, attending meetings and events, maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting performance metrics to leadership. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives to expand market presence and enhance the academy’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying and converting high-potential prospects.
• Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and support long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in education, training, or related service industries is advantageous, along with knowledge of local and regional markets.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
