1. Business Analyst (Risk Domains)

Senior Business Analyst to enhance our Risk Management capabilities within the Origination & Customer-Lifecycle stack. This strategic role will lead the transformation of complex banking policies into configurable risk modules covering credit decisioning, fraud prevention, and KYC/CDD/AML processes.

You will play a critical role in establishing standardized, compliant risk frameworks that can be rapidly deployed across markets through configuration rather than code. This position will also focus on creating reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services, defining comprehensive risk metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Translate complex banking and regulatory policies into implementable specifications and configurable rules.
• Design and maintain risk modules for credit, fraud, and KYC/CDD/AML processes.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services.
• Define and monitor risk metrics to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support multi-tenant configurations and build risk dashboards for monitoring and analytics.
• Ensure alignment with technical strategy, including decision engines, event-driven patterns, and risk monitoring frameworks.

Requirement :-

• 7+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with expertise in credit, fraud, or KYC/CDD/AML implementations.
• Strong ability to translate policies into specifications and configurable rules.
• Proficiency in requirement documentation, BPMN modeling, and API-first design.
• Hands-on experience with third-party risk service integrations and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT, DPDP).
• Skilled in SQL/BI tools for risk analytics and reporting.
• Experience with multi-tenant configurations, risk dashboards, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with decision engines, event-driven architectures, and risk monitoring frameworks.

2. Business Analyst (Web Platforms)

• Own the functional architecture of multi-market banking web portals, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
• Champion configuration-first development by leveraging dynamic forms and server-driven UI components.
• Maintain cross-platform consistency and ensure feature parity across multiple markets.
• Establish and optimize processes for requirement gathering, documentation, and analytics-driven enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align on platform strategy and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Support internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) initiatives to enable global scalability and market adaptability.

Requirement :-

• 5+ Years
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in web platform or digital banking environments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, UI/UX principles, and configuration-driven development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and multi-market platform requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
