Senior Business Analyst

Leading the definition of the product vision, roadmap, and high-level product backlog for assigned areas of the product.
Defining the key users and use cases user journeys and mapping in collaboration with our UX partnersCollaborating on UI designs with our UI designersMaintaining a groomed backlog of requirements through the lifecycle (from client or market Requirement, to Epic, to Story)Aligning the needs of clients by collaborating with client BAs and working directly with clients to understand needs, and grooming/prioritizing your backlog/roadmap accordinglyPlease choose at minimum three key competencies required to do the job.Collaborating with engineering teams (incl. BAs, Dev, QA) to ensure they can deliver your roadmap successfully.Deep experience in AGILE development, SCRUM or SAFe and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)) is critical in this roleParticipating as the business stakeholder in sizing, estimation, and sprint planningCollaborating with the Product Director and Product Manager to support reviews by the Advisory Board, the CGI IPMF review process, and new proposals5+ years of experience in project-based services or software delivery environments.Industry experience and vision experience with financial planning financial wellness solutions, key use cases, users journeys, and market industry needsProduct ownership knowing how to make a product successful in the market (from vision to execution)Excellent communication skills the ability to summarize for executive consumption, to write client-facing communication, and to moderate discussionsGood stakeholder management skills knowing how to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate status and proactively follow-up, escalate issues for resolution, and enforce proper governanceOutcome-focused constantly reviewing priorities, drivers, objectives, to ensure you are addressing the need and not just completing the task
