Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK Sr. Bookkeeper with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT Returns of UK clients in Gurgaon, Noida, Alwar, Baroda, and Jaipur.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT Returns of UK clients.
Create and maintain records of total sales, VAT collected, purchases, and VAT paid.
Record and maintain Sales, Purchases, and Expenses under their respective accounting heads.
Prepare and communicate Vat reports of UK companies quarterly.
Review bills, invoices, and ensure accurate VAT collection and payment.
Maintain general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Strong knowledge of UK Accounting, Taxation, and VAT.
Experience with Xero and other accounting software is desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Permanent work from home opportunity with an initial bond period of 18 months.
