Senior Bookkeeper/ Bookkeeper

2-5 Years of experience in US Bookkeeping and payroll - Quick books software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full- Cycle Bookkeeping: Perform daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping.

2. Account Reconciliation: Complete timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements and intercompany accounts

3. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified according to applicable accounting standards.

4. Prepare and review Profit & loss account and Balance sheet with proper, accurate head of accounts.

5. Conduct regular reviews of the general ledger accounts to ensure all transactions are properly allocated.

6. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in the general ledger.

7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

8. Proficiency in Payroll and Sales Tax.

9. Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Software Skills:

1. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant/ Bookkeeper with comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Xero, FreshBooks.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Technical Skills:

Attention to Details: Ability to work with high accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial records.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
