Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials.
Conduct data review and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute statistical protocols.
Provide statistical guidance and support to junior staff members.
Review and approve statistical deliverables such as reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in biostatistics and statistical programming.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of biostatistics and statistical programming principles.
Experience working with clinical trial data and statistical software packages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
