Senior BioInformatician

Experience:

Role Summary:

Bioinformatics & Image Analysis Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Image/NGS data analysis workflows using
Nextflow (DSL2)
.
Analyze
multi-omics
and
imaging datasets
(DICOM, WSI, single-cell, CRISPR).
Implement
bioinformatics pipelines
in
Python, R, Bash
with cloud-based deployment (AWS).
Manage
containerized
environments using
Docker/Singularity
and version control via
Git
.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate computational and biological insights.
