Job Description

As a Senior BIM Architect for Japanese projects, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage construction Buildings BIM models utilizing Revit Architecture and Revit structure. You will collaborate closely with engineering disciplines to seamlessly integrate structural designs into the overall BIM project model. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of architecture and structural models, along with associated construction drawings, will be crucial to your role. You will be expected to generate construction documents and provide support for the creation of as-built documentation. Collaboration with project teams is essential to meet project deliverables and deadlines effectively. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies will also be part of your responsibilities. Hands-on experience in creating construction GFC drawings in Revit is required for this role. Adhering to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices is essential. Additionally, you will assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure project success. To qualify for this position, you should have a Barch/BE civil/Btech Civil/March/Mtech Civil/Masters construction management degree with significant hands-on experience working in Revit and BIM. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working on Architecture & structure BIM projects is necessary to excel in this role.,
