He should co ordinate with vendors to take compliance and be able to stich the complete solution. He should be capable to represent the company in pre bid meeting and raise the required concerns at the right time. He will also be responsible to co ordinate with various functions inside the company to take their respective approvals as per the tender requirement. He will support all front line sale person in their respective biddings.
