Job Description

As a Senior BI Engineer specializing in PowerBI, your role involves designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making for clients. You will collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, providing high-level design and estimates for data transformation and integration. Your responsibilities also include developing database queries, creating visualizations and reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement through technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders - Provide high-level design and estimates for data transformation - Develop and execute database queries - Create visualizations and reports - Identify process improvement opportunities - Develop Data Gateways for data refreshing - Create Custom Visuals and manage Embed Codes - Implement Row Level Security for Data Warehouse - Create various visualizations using different tools Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Data Visualization/Business Intelligence - Hands-on experience with Power BI service, Dax Transformations, and Power Query - Proficiency in SQL queries, SSRS, SSIS, and database management systems - Strong understanding of database design and implementation - Experience in performance tuning of Power BI reports and dashboards - Familiarity with Qlikview/Qliksense, Tableau, and/or GCP Looker is a plus - Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred - Team leading experience is advantageous - Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Asset Management is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written,
