About the Role:

Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI solutions using

  Microsoft Fabric

  ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Lakehouse).
• Build and maintain

  data pipelines

  ,

  ETL/ELT processes

  , and

  data models

  for analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize

  Power BI dashboards and reports

  , ensuring performance, accuracy, and usability.
• Integrate data from multiple on-premise and cloud sources into a unified analytics platform.
  
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
  
• Implement

  data governance, lineage, and quality checks

  in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Automate report generation and support

  self-service BI

  initiatives.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for BI solutions and SQL queries.
  
• Stay updated with the latest

  Microsoft Fabric

  , Power BI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation in BI architecture.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Must Have:

• Strong experience with

  Microsoft Fabric

  (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Synapse Real-Time Analytics, Data Activator).
• Expertise in

  Power BI

  DAX, Power Query (M), Dataflows, Paginated Reports.
• Hands-on experience in

  Azure Data Services

  – Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  (T-SQL) for data transformation and query optimization.
• Deep understanding of

  data modeling

  (star schema, snowflake schema) and

  ETL concepts

  .
• Knowledge of

  data governance, security, and performance optimization

  in BI environments.

• Good to Have:

• Experience with

  Python or PySpark

  for data transformation.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for BI deployments.
• Knowledge of

  Databricks

  ,

  Azure DevOps

  , or

  DataBricks Fabric integration

• Exposure to

  AI/ML integration
