Senior BI Developer

You are an experienced Senior BI Developer with a strong background in Power BI (5 to 8 years) and a total experience of 6 to 10 years in business intelligence and data analytics. As an engineering graduate in Computer/IT Engineering, you are passionate about data modeling, performance optimization, and BI development, with hands-on expertise in DAX, data modeling, ELT operations, and Snowflake DWH. UI/UX experience is preferred for this role. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into effective BI solutions, developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Snowflake, performing advanced ELT operations on large-scale datasets, developing and maintaining tabular and multidimensional models compatible with data warehouse standards, implementing row-level security and application security layers in Power BI, and creating custom BI dashboards that may involve scripting languages such as R and Python. You will also identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent monitoring and maintenance of dashboards, as well as create ad-hoc queries to meet business user requests. Your knowledge requirements include an understanding of the Manufacturing and Production Industry, strong knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with complex formulas and data formats. Your technical skills should encompass Power BI (5-8 years), advanced level DAX, Snowflake DWH, expert-level SQL, advanced formulas & data processing in Excel, and R/Python scripting. Additional skills that are preferred but not mandatory include Tableau or Qlik experience, experience with Data Pipelines, and UI/UX expertise for creating intuitive BI dashboards.,
