Senior Bi Analyst

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and Python is must.

• Experience in deep dive and diagnostic analysis, with the ability to provide business recommendations.

• Capability to understand and navigate complex data landscapes, adhering to standard frameworks and methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including business SMEs, IT, data teams, and analytics resources, to achieve project goals.

• Preferred experience in Loyalty, CRM, and marketing analytics

• Prior experience in post-campaign analysis, with the ability to deliver actionable insights to the business

• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
