Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced beauty treatments, including facials, skincare, hair treatments, waxing, and makeup services.
Lead and supervise junior beauticians, providing guidance and training.
Recommend suitable beauty and wellness products to clients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon.
Stay updated with latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Handle client consultations, assessing their needs and suggesting personalized solutions.
Assist in planning and organizing salon promotions, workshops, and events.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage any feedback professionally.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a beautician, preferably in a senior role.
Expertise in skincare, hair treatments, makeup, and other beauty services.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Creative, trend-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
