He ensures the smooth running of the bar. Prepare beverages according to guest preferences and per company policy and procedures. Ensure the bar team is well-trained to ensure reasonable stock control and accurate charging to accounts. Communicate effectively to ensure that the bar team reflects the high standards of professionalism within the company.He should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. He may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails.
