Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale backend systems and APIs for high-performance applications.
• Architect and implement

  microservices-based solutions

  with Java/Spring Boot.
• Drive best practices in

  code quality, design patterns, and system architecture

  .
• Work with

  CI/CD pipelines

  to ensure smooth deployment and release cycles.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of backend development experience

  , preferably in a

  product company

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Java, OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms

  .
• Experience with

  Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture

  .
• Hands-on with

  CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong understanding of

  databases (SQL & NoSQL)

  and caching systems.
• Exposure to

  cloud platforms (AWS)

  .
• Ability to design systems for

  scalability, high availability, and performance

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech

  in Computer Science or related field from a

  premium institute (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.)

  .
• Proven track record of working in

  product-based environments
