Senior Backend Developer - Python

As a Senior Backend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of the core agentic framework. Your passion for high-performance backend solutions, distributed systems, and API development will be instrumental in driving the development of next-generation AI-driven solutions. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - Architecting and Developing the core agentic framework with tools and agents. - Building backend services for drag-and-drop modules and workflow scheduling. - Providing boilerplates and development guidance for tools and agent creation. - Implementing caching strategies and optimizing performance for complex workflows. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and mentoring junior developers. - Ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of backend systems using Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5-6 years of backend development experience, preferably in AI-based systems. - Strong expertise in Python and FAST API for high-performance backend services. - Experience with OpenAPI standards for API documentation. - Proficiency in Kubernetes & GitOps for managing infrastructure as code. - Deep understanding of PostgreSQL database management and Redis caching techniques. - Hands-on experience with message queue systems like RabbitMQ, Celery. - Familiarity with ELK stack for logging, monitoring, and debugging. - Strong knowledge of workflow automation, microservices, and distributed computing. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Preferred Skills (Good To Have): - Experience in developing agentic AI architectures. - Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployment. - Familiarity with real-time data processing and AI model integration.
