As a Senior Backend Developer at Bright-River, you will be an integral part of the Product Technology team based in Chennai. Bright-River provides Visual Content services to global e-commerce and retail companies through our in-house developed platform and applications. You will work alongside a dedicated team of engineers and developers across multiple international offices. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Solution Design and Implementation:** - Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance on-premise or cloud-based solutions. - Lead the adoption of Azure services and select architectural styles, including event-driven architecture. - **Event-Driven Architecture Development:** - Design and implement responsive and scalable event-driven systems. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate event-driven designs into business applications for seamless data flow. - **Cloud Migration and Deployment:** - Plan and execute migrations to Azure with minimal disruption and optimal performance. - Utilize DevOps for CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. - **Performance Monitoring and Optimization:** - Monitor cloud resources for high availability and performance. - Implement optimization solutions for cost reduction and improved efficiency. - **Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:** - Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions. - Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams in adopting cloud technologies and practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Masters in computer science or related field. - Technical expertise in .Net, .Net Core, C#, SQL, ASP.NET, Web API, Web Services, XML, JSON, REST. - Proficiency in React, Redux, and Typescript. - 9+ years of experience in .Net, .Net Core, C#, SQL, REST API, Web Services, JSON. - Experience in containerization tools (e.g., Docker), container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Strong knowledge of modern design and development principles, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and DevOps practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
