Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes to build and optimize scalable backend services that power our AI Marketing Agents. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using GoLang . Optimize MongoDB queries, indexes, and schema design for scalability. Deploy, manage, and scale services using Kubernetes on GCP/AWS . Implement OAuth2-based authentication, API security, and authorization . Write and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with AI-powered services. Set up monitoring (Prometheus, Kibana) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security of backend services. Requirements 3+ years of backend development experience. Strong expertise in GoLang, MongoDB, and Kubernetes (mandatory). Experience with Docker, GCP/AWS, and microservices architecture . Proficiency in OAuth2, API authentication, and security best practices . Familiarity with Prometheus, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools . Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Nice to Have AI Agent Building Experience (LLMs, conversational AI, or AI-driven automation). gRPC and Protocol Buffers (ProtoBufs) for efficient service communication. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases .
