Senior Backend Developer

Role Overview: As a Backend Developer for our mobile and web-based dental clinic management platform, your main responsibility will be to develop and scale robust backend services. You will be designing APIs to support AI-based dashboards, reporting, scheduling, billing, and smart inventory. Collaboration with the frontend, product, and QA teams is crucial to ensure the delivery of clean, well-tested features. Additionally, you will be optimizing application performance, security, and scalability, as well as implementing role-based access and microservices for multi-clinic environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and scale robust backend services for the dental clinic management platform - Design APIs to power AI-based dashboards, reporting, scheduling, billing, and smart inventory - Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to ship clean, well-tested features - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability - Implement role-based access and microservices for multi-clinic environments Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Node.js (preferred), Python, and TypeScript - Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, and Django frameworks - Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and optional knowledge of Firebase - Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, AWS/GCP, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions - Working experience with Postman, Swagger, Jira/Asana, and Git - Understanding of security protocols like JWT, OAuth, and best practices for API security - Bonus: Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant architectures, or healthcare apps Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
