Senior Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer in the Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing industry located in Waluj, Chh.Sambhajinagar, you will be responsible for: - Designing and developing automation solutions for electrical control panels using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. - Preparing detailed control system architecture, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams. - Programming and configuring PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and developing HMI/SCADA applications. - Performing FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of automation systems. - Coordinating with electrical design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth integration of automation components. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automation hardware and software. - Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC). - Developing user manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Training and mentoring junior engineers and technicians on automation systems. - Staying up to date with emerging technologies in industrial automation and recommending improvements. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering Key skills required: - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in automation within the electrical control panel industry. - Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.). - Experience with HMI/SCADA development (WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.). - Good understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and control panel layouts. - Experience with communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). - Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and sensor integration. - Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical and related software. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and project coordination abilities.,
