Job Description

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
Testing & Automation: Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality and functionality.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead testing efforts, coordinate daily operations, and mentor and guide junior testing engineers.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and ensure the resolution of software bugs and defects using bug tracking tools.
Process Improvement: Continuously review, optimize, and enhance existing testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed test summary reports, and provide feedback on software development processes and product design.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the software meets established quality standards and complies with relevant industry-specific standards.
Risk Mitigation: Design tests to mitigate risks and provide feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile meetings and drive test-related activities early in the sprint cycle.
