Description
As an Audit Associate at LSEG, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of individual audit engagements. Your responsibilities will include identifying key risks and controls to be audited, conducting specific audit procedures, documenting audit work and conclusions, and ensuring factual accuracy of audit conclusions reached with stakeholders. You will work closely with engagement supervisors to take ownership of discreet elements of audit engagements. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of financial services processes, trade life-cycles, and operational risks in trading activities and financial operations. A degree or equivalent qualification along with a relevant professional qualification is required, and being a part-qualified Internal Auditor or Accountant is advantageous. Previous experience in audit/assurance delivery and strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in a fast-paced international organization would be beneficial.
