Senior Auditor - Audit Planning, Governance & Quality Control

As an Internal Audit Reviewer, you will be responsible for conducting reviews of internal audit reports to ensure consistency and alignment across various audit areas. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the effectiveness of the Internal Audit function under the guidance of the Team Leader and Group Head. Your key responsibilities will include performing quality checks on audit reports to achieve uniformity, suggesting and conducting ad hoc reviews to enhance audit coverage, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will support the team leader in coordinating with the Board and Audit Committee, preparing audit calendars, collating data for external auditors, and reviewing manpower budgeting and risk categorization. Furthermore, you will assist in reviewing Audit Plan and Policy Manual, executing assigned reviews, maintaining departmental coordination, and staying updated on regulatory guidelines related to the role. The role requires a Graduate or Post Graduate qualification, excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to effectively plan and execute audit activities within set deadlines. Candidates with knowledge of banking operations and RBI guidelines would be preferred for this role.
