Role Overview: As a Senior Audio-Visual Engineer at ServiceNow, you will be a key member of the Global AV Technology team, leveraging your expertise in Audio Visual and Video Conferencing to drive the successful design, delivery, and implementation of AV solutions worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating the latest AV technologies, and ensuring a seamless AV experience for meeting participants. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a consultant for all AV matters within the organization, providing guidance on best practices to enhance the meeting experience - Drive projects and consistent AV services across the workplace, including video conferencing, digital signage, and meeting room technology - Manage AV projects from communication to budget and timeline, integrating with various business functions to identify opportunities - Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing operations of AV technology solutions - Evaluate and implement the latest AV technologies, challenging boundaries to inspire innovation in the AV experience - Manage incident and problem resolution of AV-related issues, engaging third-party support when necessary - Recommend solutions for hardware, software, and process improvements to enhance the AV experience Qualifications: - Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes and decision-making - Leadership experience preferred - Proficiency in AV design using Autocad or Visio - Certifications from Extron, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Zoom, Cisco, Shure, CTS or CTS-D - Vendor management experience - Strong background in audio-visual testing methodologies and quality assurance - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Understanding of Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory policies and frameworks Additional Information: ServiceNow offers flexible work personas based on work nature and location.
