Senior Associate_HR OPS

You will be responsible for managing data entry for various transactions on different ERPs such as SAP and Workday. You will need to audit your own work as well as teamwork when necessary. Additionally, you will be required to create and maintain SOPs to ensure audit compliance. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Maintaining the required SLAs in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and Accuracy is a key part of your responsibilities. You should be diligent in following goals and achieving them. You must also demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary for this role. You should also demonstrate customer orientation and be able to answer inquiries proactively using relevant data and information. Supporting peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors is also expected. Engaging in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and staying current with industry trends is a requirement. Strong interpersonal and client management skills are crucial for this role. Responding to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner is a must, and meeting 100% of external deadlines is expected. This position requires you to work from Sunday to Thursday during the Mid-European Shift (MEA-shift).
