Senior Associate (L2)

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage documents and complete defined process steps as per client requirements.
• Perform credit, income, asset, and property document reviews.
• Follow investor guidelines and client-specific overlays.
• Perform calculations related to mortgage processing and update LOS systems (Encompass, Scuba, Blacknight, AWS).
• Communicate effectively with US clients for clarifications and additional documentation.
• Meet document review timelines and maintain quality standards.
• Actively participate in process improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain schedule adherence and operational discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  1–3 years of prior

  US Mortgage Underwriting

  experience preferred.

• Education:

  Graduation is mandatory (

  B.Tech candidates not eligible

  ).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (US client interaction).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Post-closing experience

  is mandatory.
