Senior Associate - Ultra-High Net Worth

You will be joining the Ultra High Net Worth Multi-Generational Families team at RSM, focusing on post liquidity families and corporate executives requiring complex estate and income tax planning and compliance. Taking a holistic approach, you will analyze various tax aspects of a client's planning needs while collaborating with clients, attorneys, advisors, and subject matter experts to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities as a Tax Senior Associate will include: - Planning and executing tax engagements as part of a collaborative team - Reviewing work to ensure high-quality results - Delegating work to team members and providing coaching for their development - Developing strong relationships with clients and professional advisors through outstanding client service - Reviewing clients" current tax processes to identify inefficiencies and provide enhancements for an improved client experience and reduced tax exposure Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in accounting or business-related field - 2-4 years of experience in High Net Worth Individual (HNI) tax - Required coursework to sit for CPA exam, licensed JD, or enrolled agent - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively - Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with clients - Outstanding organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks - Ability to complete tax planning and research tasks - Solid technical skills in accounting, tax compliance, and research; tax compliance review experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation At RSM, a competitive benefits and compensation package are offered, providing flexibility in your schedule to balance life's demands while serving clients.
