Job Description

SQL (requests (insert, update, delete), joins, stored procedures, indexes, views)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities
Knowledge on batch scrips working.
Knowledge on Python
Experience in monitoring/handling process like scheduling tool like Autosys.
Experience in migration and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Service Management process (Incident, Problem, Change)
Strong knowledge of active monitoring and alerting tools e.g.:- Dynatrace
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated, with strong ability to work both independently and with the team.
Ability to work with various APS, Development, Operations stakeholders, locally and globally.
Dynamic, proactive and teamwork oriented
Flexible with work hours and ability to perform under pressure.
Knowledge of Intellimatch modules is a plus (Intellimatch, Admin and Recollector) along with Intellisuite
Knowledge of AML is a plus (NICE - Actimize)
