Senior Associate - TA Onboarding

The role of a TA-Onboarding Senior Associate based in Bangalore requires 3-6 years of experience in candidate onboarding, with a preference for US onboarding experience, although any international onboarding experience is essential. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR is considered advantageous. As a primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, your responsibilities include answering questions, guiding new hires through the onboarding process, coordinating end-to-end onboarding processes, and managing pre-boarding, first-day logistics, and orientation. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate background check packages and drug tests based on job codes and locations, checking results, providing clearance, scheduling start dates, and selecting onboarding events in My Learning. Additionally, you will update candidate profiles in Workday, mark them as "Ready for Hire," send day 1 emails to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters with detailed instructions, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Hiring Managers, and business units to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintaining accurate onboarding records in HR systems, updating checklists, trackers, and reports as necessary, and supporting global/regional onboarding programs and initiatives are also part of your role.
